Quality Service Leadership Award.


Congratulations to our President, Cameron Haring, recipient of this years Quality Leadership award. The award, presented by the Rotary Club of Cleveland, is co-sponsored by Magnet and the Ohio Manufacturing Extension Partnership. The award was presented Thursday afternoon, on May 20th.


The Quality Service Leadership Award goes to a firm that displays significant continuous improvement efforts in serving its customers. Magnet considered the following criteria in reviewing the nominees for this award:

the company's process for:

  • for achieving continuous improvement efforts in customer satisfaction

  • determining requirements and expectations of customers and markets, including customer satisfaction feedback

the company's method for validating service quality including:

  • the selection, management, and use information/data to support key company processes that improve company performance

  • the company's actual performance and improvement in key business areas
