Production Associate

 

About the Company

DECA Manufacturing is a growing manufacturer of custom electronics known as wire harnesses and cable assemblies. We build products for many exciting customers and strive to provide a comfortable, family-style work environment.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• On a day-to-day basis the Production Associate will use various light production methods and equipment to build our products within our climate controlled plant that is kept at 70F all year round thanks to our energy efficient geothermal heating and cooling system.

• Production does require precision and adherence to measured specifications at a productive pace

• Production work is not typically physically demanding; you may sit or stand in most cases.

• No heavy lifting, no hot summers or cold winters inside.

• We offer a steady 1st shift 40 hour week

• After settling into your initial responsibilities, we will cross-train you for a number of more advanced operations that will lead to pay raises.

Note: soldering and harness building experience is a plus, if you have experience with soldering and/or related IPC specialist certifications please highlight this in your application.

Schedule

• Full-time, 8 hour shift

• Monday - Friday 

• 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
   

Compensation & Benefits

• From $13.25 an hour.

• Weekly paychecks
